Hold harmless and indemnification agreement signed March 19, 2020 by James K. Allerdice, Jr., Managing Partner of ABCx2 LLC, in connection with contract agreement 20-042-RFP between ABCx2 LLC and the County Board of Arlington County, Virginia. Allerdice, on behalf of himself, his executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, and successors, agrees to indemnify Arlington County and its officers, departments, agencies, agents, and employees from all claims, losses, damages, injuries, fines, penalties, court costs, and attorney’s fees arising from work performed under the referenced contract. Risks acknowledged include theft of or damage to property and personal injury.
