Visualizing flights over the 24 Permanent Noise Monitors

There will be many use cases for this map, but for now, one we find interesting is looking at flights occurring in the FAA’s ‘penalty zone’ — those from 10PM – 7AM, but which are outside the ‘Fly Quiet’ period from midnight to 5AM.
