Letter from Puget Sound Council of Governments requesting public comment on the draft Regional Airport System Plan 1980-2000, which includes recommendations for airport expansion and construction of a new industrial/commuter airport in the King-Snohomish service area. Comments were to be reviewed by the King Subregional Council in March 1981.
