Having spent over 1000 hours studying the Environmental Impact Statements, regulations, and related text books, I hope there is time to consider my comments. I apologize being so late but I was unaware of your Open Houses until the last one that Citizens Against Sea-Tac Expansion (CASE) called me about. No copies of the report were available that night.
