Notes
Washington State House Bill 1191, introduced by Representatives Rohrbach, Barnes, and Jovanovich in the 46th Legislature, amends statutes relating to port district commissioners. The bill establishes procedures for electing port commissioners by district in class AA counties, and requires submission to voters of a proposition to elect three commissioners from commissioner districts and two additional commissioners at large in port districts with populations of 500,000 or more.
