On April 22, 2002, the Board entered an Order Publishing Certain Portions of Depositions of Department of Ecology Managers and CR 30(b)(6) Designated Witnesses. Attached to that Order was a copy of each of the depositions clearly showing those portions that were not admitted. The Order clearly stated that should a discrepancy exist between the lists contained in the Order and the attached copy of the marked depositions, the attached marked depositions prevail. On May 22, 2002, Appellant ACC filed a motion for correction, clarification, and/or partial reconsideration of the earlier Order publishing certain depositions. Kaleen Cottingham presided for the Board on this procedural matter. After reviewing the motion, responses and reply submitted by the parties, the Board enters the following order: PCHB 01-160 1 ORDER CORRECTING PUBLICATION OF DEPOSITIONS AR 000920 The Board is not willing to reconsider the portions of the earlier order where certain portions of the depositions were excluded on relevancy, or in some cases, vagueness reasons.
