My responsibilities include overall program management for administration, planning, design and construction of the Sea-Tac third runway. The third runway project is one of the major components of the Port of Seattle's Mater Plan Update ("MPU"). I have held my current position since May 1997. 3. I have considerable experience in the project management area.
