The limited scope and nature of the study will yield overly optimistic results. It will not identify the magnitude of the existing water pollution or provide sufficient basis to predict the contamination levels if the Third runway is built. The Expert Noise panel in theory was not suppose to be addressing the Third Runway but in the end their results were twisted and applied to the Third runway.
