The attached submittal contains the first and second quarter of _ound water level measurements collected from select wells completed in the C1 (Qva) aquifer at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The first quarter data were previously included in the Conceptual Flow Boundary. Model Presentation package that was delivered to you on December 8, 1999. This submittal conforms with the reporting requirements of Ageed Order #97TC-N122, Section IV - Work to be Performed, Item 2. The proposed monitoring well network was approved by you in mid-September 1999 prior to the first quarterly measurement event which occurred on September 23. 1999. Six pressure trans- ducers were installed in select wells located within the Aircraft Operations and Maintenance Area (AOMA) and have been collecting water level data every six hours since September 29, 1999. The second quarterly measurement event took place on December 21, 1999. The third and fourth measurement events are scheduled for March 22, 2000 and June 21, 2000, respectively.
