The Harem Creek restoration project, which will be accomplished under Section 1135 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986, will include dredging approximately 80.000 cubic yards to provide a new outlet for the - creek to the Duwamish River. to create a saltwater marsh in the riverside area. and to excavate upland for a freshwater wetland.
