Geosyntec's review discloses that the Port has now radically revised its construction approach, opting to excavate up to three million cubic yards below the proposed MSE wall location instead of using in situ ground improvement, as was previousty.proposed to m_nimize impacts to Miller Creek and adjacent wetlands.
