In the attached letter to me, Eglick refers to an update email from me to Tom L. where he contends I consider the clean fill criteria issue resolved. The email in question includes the followingquote by me .... "Clean Fill Criteria - The WQ Program advises we should use the language from the o/c/401 with detail added from the procedures provided by Beth Clark. This issue is therefore essentially resolved." As youcan see, I indicated "essentially" resolved. However, on the updated issues listwhich I attached for Tom L., I indicatewe have agreed with the POS on process, but there is no check mark indicating we have approved a clean fillcriteria plan.
