Flying Food Group has leased 95,700 square feet at an industrial building in SeaTac.
The space is located in Bridge Industrial’s 169,600-square-foot Bridge Point SeaTac 300 building, which was completed in 2024. Flying Food is the building’s first tenant.
The Chicago-based airline catering company’s lease at 1410 S. 200th St. will expand its footprint, according to a spokesperson for Lee & Associates. Flying Food currently leases a building within Sea-Tac Airport’s boundaries. It is unclear if the company will relocate its operations or retain its lease at 2300 S. 154th St.
The terms were not disclosed, but asking rents in the SeaTac submarket range between $1.47 and $1.22 per square foot per month, according to a recent Colliers report.
Flying Food was represented by Andrew Hull of Lee & Associates. NAI Puget Sound Properties represented Bridge Industrial.
“Flying Food Group’s continued growth is impressive, and this new facility positions them for even greater success,” Hull said in a news release.

Tenant improvement construction is underway, but a move-in date has not yet been finalized, Hull said. The new space will be used for customer service operations.
Flying Food was established in 1983 by the late Sue Gin, according to its website. It has 17 production kitchens in the U.S. with about 5,000 employees.
The lease is a bright spot in a softening industrial market. A report released Tuesday by Colliers shows there were few notable leases in the second quarter with the vacancy rate spiking to 8.5%.
The largest new industrial lease in the Puget Sound region was Estes Forwarding Worldwide, which inked a deal for 612,000 square feet of space in the Tacoma/Lakewood market, according to a report by Lee & Associates.
