My own conclusion is that this is/should be on table. I know the PoS is telling someone/somebody “no” and “never happen” or “too late,” but why are we relying on these statements? This is the number one item that shows they’ll do whatever they want, anyway, and there should be far more discussion/ne90babon before this is dropped.
