I received my Ph.D. in Fisheries Biology from the University of Washington in 1975 and currently am the Principal Biologist for Columbia Biological Assessments. I am also an adjunct faculty member of the Environmental Sciences and Regional Planning Program at22 Washington State University Tri-Cities.
