Resolved, That upon the adoption of this resolution 1 the House shall be considered to have taken from the 2 Speaker’s table the bill, H.R. 4366, with the Senate 3 amendment thereto, and to have concurred in the Senate 4 amendment with the following amendment: 5 In lieu of the matter proposed to be inserted by the 6 Senate amendment, insert the following: 7 SECTION 1.
