The May 22, 2001, BO requires the Port of Seattle to submit to FWS for its review and approval a plan to monitor the quality of seepage from the drainage layer beneath Third Runway embankment fill. In accordance with this requirement, the Port submits for your review and approval a draft embankment monitoring plan.
