MEETING SCOPE AND AGENDA The purpose of this meeting was to discuss in further detail the water balance relationship between the HSPF and embankment modeling for the low-flow analysis and suggested revisions to the low flow analysis. This meeting is a follow up to the April 4 low-flow technical meeting.
