The Port of Seattle is constructing a Third Runway at Seattle-Tacoma Airport. 2. The property at issue in this litigation is approximately 2.44 acres of undeveloped land located at 15416 Des Moines Memorial Drive in the City of SeaTac ("Property"). Respondem RST Enterprises, Inc.
