RE: Transition of 401 Review for SeaTac Here's a list of items that need to be dealt with as part of our 401 review shift. Workload: • Plan on at least 75% time for a while. 401/CZM Substantive Issues: • I will forward Ann several recent memos and e-marls regarding the status of various project-related issues. Note: some of these issues or conclusions are different than those on the facilitator list - Ann and I should talk about the adequacy of how that list describes issues for purposes of 401/CZM. The agreements/descriptions of several issues on that list do not yet meet 401/CZM requirements, including: * Flow augmentation /') . 401/402 relationship cqc • water quality BMPs y.gv_' • Clean Air Act compliance , relationship between 401/CZM and cleanup Agreed Order • The public comment period will likely result in significant comments that will change any sense of "resolution" on some of the issues on the facilitator list. Coordination: * Meeting with Corps: Gail Terzi recommended that Ann, Gall, an the next couple of weeks as part of the transition. EPA: EPA has expressed an interest in getting more involved - for starters, Joan could be included in the above meeting. • WDFW: Ann will need to coordinate with Phil Schneider re: the status of the stormwater plan and the timing of HPA review Documents: • Transmit documents to NWRO: we have several years worth of documents on this proposal here at HQ, some already catalogued in our central files,…
