This letter presents my cotmnents resulting from the review and specifr.ally addresses the potential for "m_mO.to Wetland43 from the consm_ion of the temporaryinterchange. As detailed below, my conclusion is that co_n of the temporaryime_hange result in direct impacts to Wetland 43 from periodic di_harges of sediment-laden sto,mwater from both expected and unexpected stormwater events.
