Also reviewed were the separately-bound documents containing the November 1999 revisionof: 1) technical appendix A; and 2) technical appendices B through H of the Stormwater Mana=ement Plan (SMP). Technical Appendix A was the last of the documents made available for public review (it was not available prior to November 18, 1999).
