Here is an internal memo outlining the status of the natural resource mitigation plan and associated documents (from my perspective). It is not comprehensive, but the best I could do to document most of the items that seem to be connected to the adequacy of the proposal. Am sure there are others. The Port is whining about me wanting to be excused from the project. We are in the process of choosing a consultant to take over my involvement, and they don't like who we want to hire. They want to "help" us choose. The nerve .... Ray released this document to the Port yesterday, so it is OK for me to give it to you. 1 hope you find this helpful in your continuing travels .... travails???? Geez, could get poetic here.
