From Eriks memo of about a year ago; He suggested that : I. the Port provide Ecology the opportunity to relook at the mitigation ratios if the Port hires a construction oversight team different than the team they have now. 2. the Port develop a web site or CD rom to provide document availability and minimize the information requests Ecology receives. 3. Including a restrictive covenant that disallows recreational trails in the wetlands and buffers. require a single integrated NRMP (i think you have this covered) my memo: - I. Port needs to provide a detail on how they will prevent the sewer lines in the wetlands from becoming the drainage pathway for water, 2. Need a cross section of the replacement drainage channel which shows how the water will seep along the length of the channel. There is supposed to be two ways for the water to leave the channel, the first is shown through flow spreaders. The second is seepage along the length of the channel. 3. Port needs to provide assurance that the sand drains proposed at Auburn will not impact the surrounding wetlands after construction. 4. The port needs to provide assurance that the ditch at the Auburn site along 277th and Auburn Creek will not be adversely impacted…
