As you are aware, we recently issued a modified NPDES IndustrialStormwater Permit that allows the Port to proceed with construction of highwayinterchangesfor purposes of moving fill and materialsto the proposed runway sites. Now we are very close to making a decision on the 401 Water QualityCertificationfor the runway. In a nutshell,we are waiting for finaltechnical informationfi'omthe Port regarding stream low-flow ndtigation requirements. We havebeen awaiting finalizationof this databy Port consultants for several months. During the past several weeks, we have received a good portion of this information,and we expect to receive final submittalsfi'om the Port on J'uly23.
