This version of the NOFO supersedes the version issued on November 21, 2023. If there are any questions, please email CCGP@epa.gov. 1. The language in Section I.D has been clarified to make clear that Lead Applicants can submit a maximum of two eligible applications. 2. Clarified at the end of Section I.G that the Compliance Plan cannot exceed 5 single-spaced pages. 3. Clarified in Section II.C that Lead Applicants can submit a maximum of two eligible applications. 4. Revised the first paragraph of Section III.B to clarify that a CBO must be in all Statutory Partnerships and that a Statutory Partnership is just between two eligible entities one of which must be a CBO. 5. Revised the threshold eligibility criterion in Section III.D.4 regarding the Project Area Map. 6. Clarified in Section IV.A.4 that the attachment for the Compliance Plan cannot exceed 5 single-spaced pages. 7.
