Senator Tina Orwall’s bill to help reduce environmental and health disparities and improve the health of airport community residents, SB 5652, is scheduled for a public hearing on Tuesday, 2/18 at 1:30 PM in the Senate Environment, Energy & Technology Committee. A substitute bill is being prepared.
The hearing will take place in Senate Hearing Room 1 (SHR 1) in the J.A. Cherberg (JAC) building on the Capitol campus in Olympia, and virtually. Here is a link to the agenda.

- Testify in person in Olympia.
- Testify remotely via Zoom.
- You can submit your position in favor of the bill, but without submitting testimony.
- You can submit written testimony by filling out a form or uploading your own file.
Please note: Testimony registration will close 1 hour before the start time of the hearing. Anyone who does not register before this deadline will be unable to testify before the committee.
