Senate Bill 5380, the Senate version of the CURB Pollution Act HB1303, is scheduled for a public hearing on Friday, 2/21 at 10:30 AM in the Senate Environment, Energy & Technology Committee.
The CURB Pollution Act is the follow-up to the 2021 HEAL Act and is essential to address the cumulative impacts of all the negative externalities of large projects like the SAMP. But, it cannot advance to a full vote in the House and Senate unless it passes through committee. That means we need YOU to help move SB 5380 forward by signing in PRO!
The hearing will take place in Senate Hearing Room 1 (SHR 1) in the J.A. Cherberg (JAC) building on the Capitol campus in Olympia, and virtually. Here is a link to the agenda.
