They recently announced they would be doing this within the SEPA/ EIS process. *3rd runway never studied for the full time usage (also runway use agreement has changed. Does this also apply?) *Impacts due to procedure changes and frequency .Qb Other issues we may or may not include, EPA never signed off or1 last one.
