The following statement is provided as required by Paragraph 429.a of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Order 5100.38, Airport Improvement Program (AIP) Handbook: The preparation of this document was financed in part through a planning grant (AIP 3- 53-0000-05) from the FAA as provided under Section 505 of the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982. The contents do not necessarily reflect the official views or policy of the FAA.
