During regular late night operations between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. in normal weather patterns, departures and/or arrivals take place on 16L, and 16C, and use of 16R only when required for safety or efficiency reasons. North Flow Runway Use Program: (2) Late night usage.
