To identify and discuss additional near- term noise reduction actions and to prepare for the 2019 Work Plan. Meeting Summary: The facilitator suggested that, at the next full StART meeting, Stan Shepherd provide a concise overview of the evolution of thought and a summary of the three Aviation Noise Working Group meetings that have been held during the last two months.
