Creighton; Sharyn Parker; Larry Cripe Absent: Lucy Krakowiak, Mayor; Brian Wilson, City Manager Guests: Lisa Marshall, City A�orney; Ka�e Halse, Port of Sea�le Public Comment: None BUSINESS AGENDA a. Update on Phoenix Decisions. City A�orney reviews City of Phoenix, Arizona V. Michael P. Huerta and Federal Avia�on Administra�on, and updates group on status of Burien case. Decisions in the Phoenix case set precedent that may be favorable to Burien’s current ac�on. b. Poten�al Mul�-city Alliance. DM Tosta’s conversa�on with John Resing: samples of ILA’s have been given to Mr. Resing. Mul�-city alliance has not moved further since Mr. Resing’s visit in August. c. White Paper: Dra� documents and notes. DM Tosta opens conversa�on about the Dra� with the sugges�on that the Commi�ee ask the Burien City Council to pass a resolu�on in support of working on a regional solu�on to air traffic capacity and growth. CM Wagner suggests that she and DM Tosta dra� a resolu�on to bring to the Council. Sharyn Parker adds that the White Paper or resolu�on could be shared with other ci�es, who could then adopt their own resolu�ons if they chose to, which could be a preferable solu�on to a mul�-city alliance. Ms. Halse states there are inaccuracies in the White Paper that should be corrected for the dra� of the resolu�on. DM Tosta suggests crea�ng a dra�, sending dra� to Commi�ee for review.
