CommitteeEstablished. A Burien AirportCommittee (“Committee”)is hereby establishedto act in an advisorycapacity to the City Councilwith the followingpurposes: 1. To discussboth the positive and the negative impactsof the Airporton the City of Burien; 2. To discuss land use issuesrelated to the Airport, including impacts on the City of Burien, includingbut not limited to the South Aviation Support Area (SASA), the Internationa lArrivalsFacility, andAirportaccess; 3. To discuss agreements between the City of Burien and the Port of Seattlerelated to the Airport including,but not limited to interlocalagreements; 4. To discuss mitigation of Airport impacts includingbut not limited to traf?c mitigation, surface water management, parking, and the payment of impact fees; 5. To make recommendationsto the City Council regarding ways to protect residents and businessesfromnegativeAirport impacts; ‘ 6. To make recommendationsto the City Council regardingways for residentsand businesses to take advantageof positiveAirport impacts; 7.
